Pediatrics by Design does not bill insurance for payment.

This is a cash-only practice and we are out-of-network with all insurance. You may use a credit card, debit card, or flex spending account (FSA) to pay for your monthly or fee for service (FFS) charges.

Please consult your tax accountant regarding use of your health savings account (HSA) for payment.

If we order a lab test or X-ray, we will submit your insurance information with this order so your insurance is billed. You will be responsible for those charges and they are not included in the membership.

Membership plan

This is the preferred method of utilizing our services best. We want to be your medical home and a membership model is a wellness model.

Birth to 3 months— $200/month; includes 2 home visits (within 5 miles of the clinic) in the first 6 weeks

4 months to 35 months— $160/month

3 years to 17 years—$130/month

18 years to 22 years—$100/month

Maximum payment per family is $350/month

What is included in the membership?

  • All well child checks

  • Two home visits from birth to six weeks (within 5 miles of the clinic)

  • Vaccinations for patients 18 and under

  • Acute visits with same day/next day availability

  • Ability to reach Dr. Lindsay by text/email for non-urgent matters and by phone for urgent needs

  • School, camp, and medication form completion

  • Lengthy appointments to provide in-depth and integrative approaches to your child’s health care needs

  • Ability to support and manage complex medical conditions using both conventional and alternative methods of care

  • Coordination of specialty care as needed

  • In-office testing including, rapid strep testing, urinalysis, hemoglobin, and some rapid viral testing

  • Simple laceration repairs with glue (dermabond), no stitches

  • Telehealth visits 


Integrative medicine consult

For those patients with established primary care doctors who are looking to see Dr. Lindsay for an integrative consult only, this may be a good option for you

Integrative medicine consultation—$450 (90 minutes)

Integrative medicine follow up—$250 (45 minutes)

If you are unhappy with your membership, you are free to cancel at any time. There are no penalties or fees. Should you change your mind and want to reenroll, you will need to schedule another meet and greet. We strongly discourage stop and start coverage. We hope to be your child’s medical home from birth through college.
